Came back Wednesday, they didn't have it, told me to come back Thursday. Came back Thursday, no dice, told to come back Friday. They answered their phone on Friday, palmed me off to their suppliers to get it. They didn't call me once.
I'm not the kind of person who expects groveling, American kind of customer service, but this was just next level bad.
