We had the pleasure of dealing with Carol and found her to be friendly, very proficient and professional; so we had no hesitation in booking our next European adventure with her.
We had booked flights, river cruise, train and hotel accommodation in several European cities for June 2020, most of which was non-refundable. We had been counting down the days to our holiday when COVID-19 rudely interrupted our plans.
From the onset of the COVID-19 crisis Carol has been extremely helpful in such a stressful and uncertain time. She has kept us informed throughout, with regular updates regarding rebooking the entire holiday for the following year which was exactly what we were hoping for.
We were not confident that we’d receive a refund or credit for the components that had been booked as non-refundable but Carol has been able to negotiate on our behalf and at this stage we are very close to a 100% success rate.
We are certain that had we used another agency, or had booked this trip ourselves, we would not have had such a successful outcome.

Great knowledge and advice on hotels and access to special fares. Just booked early bird 2019. Also easy travel insurance for a decent price. Highly recommended!
